For this project, I worked with a team to conduct a full analysis of the nonprofit, More Than Words, website using ​
Nielsen Norman’s Guidelines for Attracting Donors and Volunteers on Non-Profit and Charity Websites. We had the main goal of changing the site to ensure users could tell that the company was a nonprofit and to show what the nonprofit was supporting as well as what it did to do so.

Guideline Client Deliverable
As a team, we provided a document with specific information as to what aspects of the website should be changed based on our findings using the guidelines. Whilst this was a project done in a team, I in particular worked specifically on guidelines 88 to 116.
Final Findings Presentaion
Based on the final client deliverable, the team put together a slideshow. We each presented the specific guidelines we had researched and provided strengths the nonprofit had. We then highlighted some weaknesses in the site that could be improved. We explained how to improve these apsects as well. I personally was responsible for slides 18 and 19.
